Substitute TeacherText Box: While I was out in the yard working with Dad, my Mom was in the house taking up my jobs and being the kids ‘substitute teacher’ for the week. They LOVED having Gramma around. She made sure they finished their lessons, then it was time for fun! Malena learned how to ride her bike this week, so much time was spent down the driveway watching her ride her bike. Then she taught Spencer how to make Grandma’s Sour Cream cake, and Audrey how to make Applesauce Cake. There was some turtle art, apple art, and even a trip to the park thrown in for good measure! I think she may be looking forward to the quietness of the office next week! Maybe.
