Sometimes the things you don’t expect, turn out to be the most fun! Our last day in Florida the boys went to Daytona to the Daytona Experience, and the rest of us took a quick trip downtown to the Jacksonville MOMA. They had a kid creation day, and they all had a blast! |

After a rousing discussion in the gallery about non-objective vs. abstract art, the kids headed to the hands on room in the museum. It was awesome! They could manipulate and form lots of ‘art’ to their own creations. |

See what I mean about those tattoos? |
|
After the hands on portion they got to go in and use various odds and ends to create their own masterpiece. I think it is safe to say, while all creations were fabulous, we all agree Malena took hers over the top!! |

It was very cool to see how with essentially all the same ‘ingredients’ everyone could come up with a very different interpretation for their own artistic piece. |

Cade took the minimalist approach while, as I said...Malena went all out! |
