On her second to last day we took Aya to Build-A-Bear, where she built a rabbit. She completely enjoyed the experience! She said in Japan she had lots of bears, but no rabbits. So, she felt all the animals and decided he was the softest and the cuddliest! And that was the winner! She went through the entire process, as did each kid, and was amazed at the things we do in America. |
Step one: Pick it |
Step two: Stuff it |
Step three: Test it |
Step four: Start the heart and make a wish! |
Put the hearts inside. Yes, hearts. Each kid wrote their name on a heart, made a special wish for Aya and put them inside her rabbit. We thought this was a nice touch to send her home with. |
Aya finished her rabbit with a blow dry and a brushing! |
Of course, all the Ramsey kids had to have a new best friend. Cade got the dinosaur, Malena a dog, Spencer a bear, and Audrey a turtle. They all went through the entire event and no one missed a step. There were even a few who got outfits at the end, except Malena whose dog got a puppy instead. Believe me, BAB has this event all worked out. |
One cool thing about spending so much time there...or was it the money?...was that Cade got to fill the fluff and stuff machine with fresh fluff. That was cool! |
Soon they were all in on the job! |
