Text Box: Home To the Zoo Again!Text Box: One thing we see wherever we go, and never seem to tire of, is a zoo. Oklahoma City Zoo was no exception! We went all together, and even when my pregnant friend Kathy got overheated and had to leave, we pressed on. We spent all day here, and saw some amazing things. It was a something for everyone day, since they even had a train for Cade! Text Box: At each major exhibit were these fabulous brass sculptures. The kids posed with each and every one! Text Box: Animals Animals Everywhere! Text Box: By days end, we had seen the entire zoo, and although we were all really, really hot and really, really tired we managed to make our own ‘zoo’ before leaving the gift shop! It was a really nice zoo, and much larger than I thought it was going to be. The enclosures were really well done and informative. We had a lot of fun watching the chimps carry on and getting a close up look at the family and how they cared for each other.
