Last summer we went to Oklahoma to visit our friends who moved there.  This week, Isabel is here for a visit.  Audrey is in heaven.  Today is day one, and we went to book club, then stopped by the Battlefield picnic area so the kids could stretch their legs.  Today was absolutely beautiful.  It was close to 70 degrees!!  The girls set out on an exploration, and they discovered all sorts of signs of past life in the area.  Fence posts, metal parts, and several ponds were all part of today’s discoveries.  But, mostly, they just enjoy spending time together...and especially playing with their stuffed animals. 

One thing interesting is, no matter how close, or how far away Audrey and Isabel are always in sync.   Notice they are always in step together.  They have that kind of connection, and I am glad for it.  They both took piano lessons together, and enjoy showing each other all they have learned since the last time they saw one another.

And then, as quickly as it started...it was over and time to say good bye.
